The horizontal deaerator (Spray/Jet tray box type) is one of key equipment of feedwater heating system for 300MW thermal power plant. It is mainly used for removing oxygen and carbon dioxide and other uncondensed gas in boiler feedwater. On the other hand, the boiler feedwater will be heated to saturated temperature at the working pressure of deaerator by abstracted steam from lower pressure side of steam turbine, other recovered heat and drained water to improve the economy. The deaerated water, the oxygen content of which is conformed the requirement of standard, will be stored in water tank for supplying water to boiler and ensuring safety operation.
